Now you can add a top bar on the top of the page, you can assign to it menu, search, text/HTML or widget to it.

So, to enable this option please navigate to WP Dashboard > Wiz > Customizer & Page Options > enable Top Bar Section.

Once you’ve enabled it, navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header > Top Bar Section and you will find top bar. For more information about top bar options please refer to Top Bar article.
